Pamela Chan works for BlackRock Alternative Investors and is focused on multi-alternative solutions and portfolio construction. Prior to BlackRock, she worked at the Bank of Canada for Governor Carney on the International Financial Policy / Financial Stability Board (FSB) team, at Harvard Management Company on strategic operations, and at Bridgewater Associates as a Senior Investment Associate. She also spent several years at Goldman Sachs in their Financial Institutions Group as an investment banker and in capital markets, and served as a research associate for the Committee on Capital Markets Regulation. Pam is passionate about public art and increasing community engagement with modern art, and is active with number of New York-based art non-profits. She also serves as Co-Chair of the Harvard College Outreach Committee of New York. Pam received her MBA from Harvard Business School with high honours, where her studies were weighted toward macroeconomics, financial stability and investment management, and graduated from Harvard College in 2007 magna cum laude with a joint concentration in Philosophy and Government.
