Co-founder at Imperative
Arthur is the co-founder of Imperative, a design company that is rethinking the way we create and measure impact. He previously led operations for YouTube EDU at Google where he developed the first scalable quality review process for the onboarding of new educational content on YouTube, then oversaw operations of YouTube for Schools. Arthur co-founded the Compass Fellowship, a social enterprise training program in over 15 universities worldwide. He co-designed the program and coordinated relations with institutional stakeholders to expand it, globally. Arthur studied Operations and information Management at Georgetown University and Project Management at Stanford University. He sits on the Boards of the Sierra Institute, Georgetown Technology Alliance and Compass Partners and his efforts have been featured in Fast Company, Huffington Post, Washington Post and ABC7’s Washington Business Tonight.
