Biography: My name is Maximo De La Cruz and I am a student at Princeton University majoring in Economic Anthropology with certificates in Entrepreneurship and African American Studies. I was born in the Bronx, New York and raised by a single mother in a predominantly Dominican neighborhood. I now live in Allentown, PA and divide my time between studying, working, and travelling the world.

I am actively involved in the Princeton Corporate Finance Club, specifically, its education sector. I am also on the advocacy board of the Princeton’s Latinos y Amigos organization. I work very closely with my team to raise awareness of the unmet needs of the university's Latinx community and to ensure that students and administrators on campus hear our voice.

I envision myself one day creating the policy changes necessary in order to help global communities in need prosper and to one day serve as a role model for the young students in them.
