Marta Loubet

Marta is a Brussels-based Spanish lawyer and Art historian who specializes in Competition and IP Law. She is also a member of Sandbox Network and the Association des Juristes Européens and contributes regularly to cultural magazines. During her stint at the European Commission, she co-founded the think-tank European Young Entrepreneurs. After graduating from her LLM in Paris, Marta moved to Brussels, where she is now practicing in the EU Competition and International Trade team of an international law firm, working on State aid, Merger control, International Trade and Regulatory issues with a focus on financial resolution and restructuring cases. She is interested in EU and international politics, enterprises and how managing information generates growth, delivering benefits to society.
