World Renowned MENTORS
The Foundation provides each Fellow with a mentor to serve as their first professional contact, kick start their global network, and give personal insights into what it takes to reach the highest levels of success. (View our current FGL Mentors)
Intensive Leadership Training
Fellows will jointly complete an intensive leadership training in August of their freshman year which focuses on building strong bonds with one another through overcoming extreme leadership challenges. Fellows must be in good physical health and be ready to test their physical and mental limits.
Fellows will work to secure a top-tier summer internship abroad and FGL will cover the costs that are not met by the host company, their university, and scholarships. FGL staff, mentors, and senior Fellows will also provide helpful advice and support. The goal of this internship is to gain international professional experience and expand their global network.
